The conical hydraulic felling of four-column hydraulic press consists of conical felling element and corresponding pilot control device. As the basic structure of the main taper cutting element, it has two working ports and one control port. Through the control ports, the upper oil chamber of the cutting core is pressurized or unloaded to realize the opening and closing of the taper cutting, that is, to control the opening and closing of the oil pipeline. This kind of cone valve element can only control the opening and breaking of the oil circuit of the four-column hydraulic press. It is widely used in the direction control of the four-column hydraulic press system. It is called the cone-type steering fence element.
The design or processing of cylinder sealing groove of four-column hydraulic press is a prerequisite for reducing leakage and preventing premature damage of oil seal.
